Softspan was founded in 1987 by Katherine Westover.

Kathy is a CPA and has demonstrated a strong commitment to her profession, clients and community.  She is a person of integrity with a strong sense of service.  She is an Athena award winner - an award recognizing the area's businesswoman of the year.  Kathy is great at "working the problem" to get the best results possible.  Kathy is a proven leader and mentor.

• Certified Public Accountant licensed in Wisconsin, one of 10% to pass the exam on first attempt.

• Consultant to service organizations, manufacturers, nonprofits and lending institutions
• Entrepreneur with four different businesses in her career

• Previous experience as controller of a multi-state medical supply distributor
